• Due to the personal nature of our products, the Freshette and/or accessories cannot be returned or refunded.
• If you received an incorrect item or an item that is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order so that we can arrange a replacement. You may be asked to send photos of the defect, so please do not discard the item. If it has been 30 days since receipt of the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement, refund, or exchange. • Lifetime guarantee: If your Freshette pee funnel fails due to materials or workmanship defects, we will offer a replacement for as long as the original purchaser owns it.
