- If you received an incorrect item or an item that is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order so that we can arrange a replacement. You may be asked to send photos of the defect, so please do not discard the item. If it has been 30 days since receipt of the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement, refund, or exchange.
